CODE OF CONDUCT & HANDBOOK COMPLIANCE

I understand that I must also follow all posted rules and policies within CCM, including those outlined in the Makerspace Handbook. I understand that CCM rules apply to all members, guests, visitors, and class participants, and that violations of CCM policies may result in suspension or termination of access. *

EQUIPMENT & ACCESS POLICY

I understand that I may not use CCM equipment until I have completed all required safety steps and have been granted access through CCM’s training and certification process. I understand that access is only granted after these steps are completed, and that no one, regardless of prior experience, may independently use equipment without authorization. *

DIGITAL LITERACY REQUIREMENTS

I understand that CCM membership requires a basic understanding of computer and internet literacies, including using email, browsing the web, and managing a free online CCM member portal. I understand that staff can help with CCM-specific tech questions but aren't able to provide general technology support. *

YOUTH & MINOR POLICIES

I understand that youth ages 14–17 are welcome to become members, but that members under 16 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian. I understand that certain high-risk tools are off limits to all members under 18, regardless of training or experience. *
