At this upcoming event, you will: 

• Get fresh food & gift ideas for the holidays

• DIY stations & Wellness stations

• Connect with the community & enjoy the festivities of gathering

How you can participate: 

1. Prepare your favorite guilt-free dish for others to sample 
2. Share your recipe with us and we will help you print out the recipe for the night of the event (email drlynn@wpoptimalliving.com)
3. Invite your friends to join in on the event! --- the more, the merrier the gathering!
